Thomas Jefferson suggested that the constitution should be re-writen every TWENTY years. We may be a little over do. I invite all who visit this site to participate in this exercise. My hope is to compose a new constitution of these united states. I hope to have participation from all fifty states as well as from any other nations: anyone who would like to see the “rule of law” be the law of their land and re-establish “more perfect” the ideal of a GOVERNMENT of, for, and by the PEOPLE. As I am not much more than committed to the idea of a 21st century version of the Constitution – not a poet, linguist, lawyer, businessmen, statesmen, or any other traditional professional of our framers – I emplore any and all of you to contribute in a Federalist, Anti-Federalist or a Jeffersonian (author), Franklinian (diplomat), fashion. As not to disrupt to much tradition and history, let us begin with the present version, work backwards to condense the principles and then forward to a document that we could find acceptable ratify.

Well, I found the poets re-write of the Bill of Rights. The UN, suprise, suprise!
I encourage anyone who has not read it to visit the UN web site and read the UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS.
…and please, if you dare, try to argue that the USA is superior to everyone and every thing. We could be well served by realizing that many of the countries that have looked to us at their inception have surpassed us in their application.

Another place for this string of thought, FDR’s 1944 State of the Union, and his so called 2nd Bill of Rights.
